Rocky Bakes (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a bakery that operates rockybakes.com and any online store we link to from it. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To do this we may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools provided by Meta Platforms. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested in them. This information may be shared with Meta, which handles it under its own privacy policy and terms.

Your privacy rights

You can also limit ad personalization through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, your browser’s cookie controls, or a browser setting such as Global Privacy Control. Our site may not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Email marketing
If you join our email list, we will send you updates about new drops and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We will still send order-related messages about orders you have placed.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information only as long as we need it for orders, customer service, accounting, tax and legal reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no website or system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
