These terms apply to your use of rockybakes.com, any online store we link to from it, and orders you place with Rocky Bakes (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or order.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
Orders
Submitting the order form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you. Because everything is baked by hand in small batches, quantities are limited. We may decline or limit an order, or cancel one we cannot fulfill, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded in full.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and may change between drops. We will confirm your total, including any delivery fee and applicable tax, and how to pay when we confirm your order. Descriptions and photos are for illustration, and your order may look slightly different because each item is made by hand.

Allergies, food safety and storage
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. You are responsible for telling us about any allergy or dietary restriction before you order, for reading our Allergen and Food Safety page, and for storing products as directed, including refrigerating items that contain dairy. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of any allergen.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and codes are limited, have no cash value, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may end at any time.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully and give us accurate information. Don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, send spam through our forms, scrape or copy the site by automated means, or use it to harm others.
Our content
The text, photos, recipes, logos, names and designs on this site belong to Rocky Bakes or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.
What you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to share it to promote Rocky Bakes. You confirm that it’s yours to share and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone’s rights.
Third-party services and links
Our site may link to or use third-party services, such as our online store, payment processors and social media. We don’t control them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own negligence where the law does not allow it.
Events outside our control
We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as illness, extreme weather, power or equipment failure, supply shortages, or road closures. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund.
Our right to refuse service
We may refuse or cancel service to anyone who breaks these terms, provides false information, or treats us or others abusively.
Electronic communications
By ordering or contacting us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email, text message and phone, about your order.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and your orders. They are governed by the laws of the state in which Rocky Bakes operates.
